Memphis, Oklahoma and Portland have great expectations for the future, although currently not being a contender.
Lakers, Celtics and Cavaliers have great expectations for the current play-offs being major contenders.
Can you mention some teams that don't have good expectations in any way? Charlotte does not seem impressive to me.
