what on the nutrition facts should i stay away from to help my acne?

Your skin is the largest organ on your body. It requires many nutrients to keep it healthy. Generally your skin is a good indicator to what is happening on the inside of your body. So you might want to look at what you should be eating rather than what you shouldn't. For example vitamin C and E are extremely important for cell function on the face. I had issues with acne, I use a GMP certified standard supplement( not a general supplement, there are huge differences) (as well as eating good) and in about 3 months, I haven't had an issue for over 3 years.
