What pet do i get bcz i'm lonely?

i am allergic to cats and my mom says we cant get i dog because were muslim and the prays plus we live in an apartment. And i just need a friend to hug or talk to, hamsters are too messy and active and i dont want a bird i'm thinking of turtle but dnt know? what should i get?
 
u won't be able to hug a turtle but you can talk to it. also you may want to consider a fish perhaps.
