Beats me. Whatever his old religious beliefs, he obviously didn't take them too seriously if he was willing to convert.
 
If the attempt to convert to Christianity was done at Rev. Wright's TUCC Church, that's not Christianity. It's called Black Liberation Theology. Perhaps that's why out of all the Christian Churches in Washington D.C., Obama wasn't able to find one.
 
I`ll bet you donuts to $ that he is an atheist. Only posing as a Christian cause you Americans are so touchy about politicians not believeing that God made man from dirt.
 
I believe being a Protestant is considered being a christian, I also know that the right wing protestants believe that Roman Catholics are not Christian.

Which seems strange, because Roman Catholicism has been around since the days of Christ, and the Protestant religion is a very recent conceived religion.

Well, since you believe there was a conversion, you should be able to tell us.
 
He went to an Islamic School in Indonesia, when his mother married his step father.
I would assume Islam.
