What should I change as far as my diet goes?

Alright, I'm trying my best to eat healthy and get in the proper nutrition needed - how does this sound (what I ate today)?

Breakfast: steel cut oatmeal with blueberries
Lunch: Activia low fat vanilla yogurt with blackberries and kashi go lean crunch cereal (sprinkled overtop as granola)
After workout: 1 cup of low fat vanilla soy milk (high in protein... so I figured it's good to have after my workout??)
Dinner: 1 cup of whole wheat rice (130 cal) with half a grilled chicken breast and peas
Dessert: Apple

So how does that sound, what should I add in or do differently? Looking at it now I realize some more vegetables incorporated in there would be good... not sure when though? More with dinner or something probably... I feel like I've been eating all day though. I also take a multi vitamin and fish oil/omega 3.. anything else I should be taking? Thanks!
