my freezer is defrosting everything, and my fridge is not getting cold. On closer inspection, I noticed that the back walls of the freezer were frosting, like the old freezers did. I removed the bottom pan of the freezer and from what I can see the vents are frozen.
THANKS TO EVERYONE WHO GAVE ADVICE, I'LL GIVE THEM A TRY!

Unplug the fridge let it thaw, clean the fridge and lower the cold setting on it.

POWER RECYCLE - (Turn it off and then back on again)

Then Jab the ice with a warm knife

If you remove the bottom shelf of the freezer you get get to the ice to melt it with a blow dryer. It sounds like the defrost timer or defrost element is bad which is causing the ice build up.

put you food in an ice chest to keep it over night.

unplug the fridge and let it defrost completely.

there is more ice than you can see hidden behind the plasitc.

it happens to frost free some times.
