I am a 5ft 10in, 215lbs sophmore, I was clocked at 81 to 83 mph. I have done no weight lifting of any kind, or any baseball strengh training. I dont know what to do that would be right for strickly baseball. I need some help......
I have the same situation as you... my coach told me to do more lifting inthe offseason. also, he said to throw a lacrosse ball against a wall which somehow can help add a few miles an hour on your fastball
