What should I do with this guy? Ask him out, forget him, or tell him to take a hike?

So, I am pretty sure he likes me, but not 100%. I like quite a bit too. People ALWAYS make jokes that we fancy each other. However, Im not sure what to do because the situation has a downside.

1) He is quite mean to my sister. She asks for it sometimes, but he is constantly getting at her, and she gets really upset at times.
2) His sense of humor is sometimes...you know. stupid, immature. sometimes its really funny though.

The 2nd one Im not to bothered about. However, the one about my sister really pisses me off. Should I tell him to stop, or what?

Any suggestion would be helpful, thx. :)
 
It seems as if he is very immature. You can try talking to him to see if he likes you enough to change or just tell him you don't want to be with him.
 
talk to him, tell him to stop and that you like him. but you would never want to be with him if he continues hurting your sisters feelings. :/ the sense of humour thing, dw about it. my GF annoys me with her sense of humour sometimes, just got to put up with it.

If he likes you shouldn't he be trying to impress you not upset your little sister!
What you should do: Tell him that ^^ and that if he bullies her one more time your gonna slap him one (not really hopefully) lol
