What should I wear to a Hollywood themed party?

I can either dress up as a character, or in just Hollywood attire.

Here are the dresses I can choose from:

It goes an inch past my knee, and is blue with black.

It's strapless, so it looks frumpy at the top but its actually not, and light green. It goes to my knees.

This one's just plain black, and goes to my knees also.

This one is also black and blue, but it looks brown in the photo. It goes to my knees, and its strapless.

If you could just tell me which one you like, or if you don't like any give me a new suggestion, and then could you please give me some accessory ideas? Thanks so much!
 
I would o with 1 or 3 if you have to choose from those.
2 is to summery
and 4 I don't think would go with the theme.
I would go out an buy a dress that has sequins on it, it's so Holloywood. And as far as accessories I would use a clutch and pumps.
 
3 would go with the theme!
so u can look more then part
use red lipstick
wear jewelry, gold would go with the theme best

dont wear a dress! try to look like someone from hollywood. for example, you could be britney spears. take a tight shirt, cut off so its a belly shirt. wear the shortest shorts you can find(or a skirt) and wear some leggings(even with the shorts) wear some high heels, grab a baby doll, hold it upside down, and off you go!
