What should my Lg Neon II look like after activation?

ok so i activated my lg neon 2 and now all the buttons are on( Green Phone Button, Red Phone Button, Back Button, Dial Pad Button, and the little ball moving thing) everything is lit up except the screen. it is black..is this what it is supposed to look like? please help!
