I am mounting these rims on a 1996 Ford Taurus, and would just like to make sure I am buying the correct tire. I was initially going to purchase 225/30/20 or 225/35/20 size, are these correct for the width of the rim?
not for sure on a 96 i have a 02 and it will fit 225/20/20 with no problems i was going to put 225/30/20 also but no luck i would of had to cut a lot of stuff or just jake it up key high and up grade the brakes so i just went with the lil tires but get run flats well worth it one time i was going out of town hit a nail and got to the shop 150 miles later and still was holding air it is a wired thing how they work the got like gel in them or something i dont know lol but real good tires thanks man and let me know what size fit on a 96 my lil brothers car is a 97 ford he wants rims to lol
