What software can i download that will succesfully make me able to watch any...

...region DVD? On my computer the region code is set to 2. What is a good software i can use, or a player that will play all, not VLC as when i try to do this it only plays the menu of the movie and no further

There isn't any. The region code is set in the hardware of your drive. You CAN change it, but it's hard-coded to only allow about 7 changes before it locks permanently in that region.

There ARE region-free DVD players for home use, you can probably find them for a computer as well.


My advice, either buy a region-free player, or, buy the movie, then torrent it. Torrents ARE legal if you OWN the software/movie/music you're torrenting. Its like you're making a backup copy.
