What sport is better to become lean? Boxing or MMA?

What sport is better to become lean? Boxing or MMA??... I want to have a lean body.. My only problem is loosing the abdominal fat, and building the chest..However I just wanted to know which one would get me a better body in a short amount of time. I've always prefered MMA, however I've never heard the fitness part of it, whereas I heard boxing allows you to become lean....

I also got big arms (as in muscle)...so i want to also balance the way my body looks...i dont want small body wit big arms... So far I still like MMA even though most of you have suggested bxing... i should all of you have lol but yeh anywayz... keep answers coming thanks
My point isnt to loose weight...Im not fat.. Its just that im lazy and I can't stick to a certain routine unless im having fun doing it... so gym, and jogging, etc r out of the picture...that is why I cannot loose the abdonminal fat I got, not build my chest...
 
Yes, boxing does get you a leaner body but with less muscle it will also build up endurance while MMA gives you strength but not as much as endurance. Boxing is the sport that will get you leaner.
 
If you want to become lean.. then do boxing. MMA is going to make you very cut and defined.. lean and muscular, because your legs will get very muscular because of the kicking and the ground work.

In boxing you don't use your legs as much as in MMA, so they will be lean with not as much muscle as if you did MMA
