What the hell happened to T-Mobile?

Their customer service has gotten people pissed off becuase their charging more than they usually do. Is anyone else having issues with t mobile or other problems?

I finally bailed on T- Mo because they couldn't answer my questions about my bill. I'm now with Straight Talk and get four times the plan for almost $10 less per month.

No problems with my plan, or being charged anything extra here. I know what my bill will be every single month. My plan gives me 1000 anytime mins, with free weekday nights after 9m and free weekends. I have yet to get close to 500 mins for that past 12 months. Unlimited text and unlimited data, so no problems there either.

When I call customer service with questions about finding a different plan or phone features, I always get answers, and the longest I have been on hold was 10 mins, but most of the time I get right to a live rep after going through the voice tree menu.
