ok, so at night, i am drifting off to sleep, and my mind starts to wonder.

i start to think about something, and then all of a sudden its like it is happening. i am not dreaming, but i am also not aware that i am just lying there.

it is the most amazing feeling, but then, i relies that i am actually just lying in bed and its like i get snapped back. and sometimes my body does this kind of involuntary shake.

what is this called? do you know? and is there a way to make it happen all the time, because right now it only happens sometimes.

i know what you mean, with the involentary trip. it happens to me, like if i dream i am walking, it feels like i tripped and it jolts me awake. idk about the beginning thing though, but it doesnt sound to crazy.

Thatss so weird! Seriously. Maybe your tripping , maybe your hallucinating I don't know ! This Isnt common see a dream specialist or something

i've heard of other people out there experiencing similar wonderful and trippy things... it's possible to learn your craft along the way and meet other similarly gifted human beings... hang around positive people that allow you to grow in a nurturing way females are the best (in my opinion) be aware that some things are beyond our control be careful and respect the 'other side' bro allow your experience to humble you~

That experience you are having is called an "out of body experience". It's basically when you feel like you are disconnected from your body, like when you "are not aware that you are just lying there". In your case, it's just the state between REM and waking conciseness. Many people find this relaxing, and it is actually very close to the same state you enter when you are hypnotized. You have it every-night, but your not actually paying attention most of the time.

That shake, is your body keeping you awake and reminding your brain that you are not dead. Sounds creepy, but it's a good thing. Usually, your body does this when you are very tired, but there are exceptions, like when you are deeply relaxed. Maybe you should just let yourself fall asleep. It sounds like your body is really tired.

Have you ever heard the saying "getting lost in your thoughts" or " in your own little world" well that is exactly what you are doing. When your relaxing and starting to go to sleep you think alot in that period of time, you are pretty much meditating.

to make this happen more, just meditate, when i say that i dont mean sit indian style and put your elbows on your legs, but just lay there silently taking deep breaths, and then your mind will start to think then, your off, in your own little world.

i think what makes it amazing to you is the fact that its sudden and unexpected...why would you want it everyday? then it would get boring..
and its when your brain is working half awake..
parts of it are asleep and the others are still working..
i thinkk...
but just let it happen when it happens..
maybe its just a gift..dont take it for granted
hahah

It just sounds like a daydream...

Daydreams are when your mind sometimes wanders when you're bored or not doing anything important. It can also happen when you're drifting off to sleep and sometimes continues into you nightly dreams. It's really not hard to do anytime you want.
