what the interesting topics can i do reseaech in psychology?

Im doing my master in psychology first year, and i need some help from you friends 2 do my research.I was thinking of two topics,but i quite confused.my first topic(non marriage people are more adjusted in the life)and other topic is(childern from broken home they also adjusted in social life)
i want your recommend.guide me plz??
 
Do some research on the mind-control programs that Nazi (National Socialist) regime did during WW 2 and how many of those scientists came to the United States under Operation Paperclip.
 
I don't find either of those topics to be true. I am a Psychology major with an emphasis on Marriage and Family relations. In my experience, married people are more adjusted-they have that person they can count on every single day. Also, I've come from a broken home, It wasn't until I moved in with an older married couple from my church did my life become adjusted-my mom was a single parent-and my life was crap before I moved in with the older couple from church. I have two siblings who are still living with my mom and they have education, family and friends disadvantages. If you're going to stay with this topic, I would research both sides of the coin-not just one.
 
How about "All mankind's problems can be traced back to one simple trait - insecurity."
