what things should i do to lose leg/stomach fat by mid june?

ok so i play a sport once a week and i go to the gym like 2-3 a week. im 5 10 so im pretty tall for a 14 year old. the thing is i try really hard not to eat junk but i always do and i really am trying to lose my leg and stomach fat by mid june. what is the best way to do this? ok i dont plan on running outside though.
