Car was made in 2000.
I have had problems with the windshield wiper and I am attempting to take off the panel that is covering the wipers motor. There are clips running along the cover and 3 of them are in very hard to get places so that I cannot use my hands. What tool should I buy to do this? Any links? I would prefer Auto-zone because there is one locally.

I am looking not to open that cover with those tabs, I am opening to the motor of the wiper, and yes I do have a single wiper that looks like that. The motor is located below the windshield.
