...do to eat healthier? If I want to make sure I get enough fat in my diet WITHOUT eating stuff out of a sack or box like chips, how can eat natural foods like Avocado and a limited amount of butter knowing I am getting the right amount of fat that is the healthy kind? Also what kind of fats do you need to live and how much? Can someone please give me details on all this?
