A few years back, I remember some freaky kids show where all they did was run around making noises and spin colors in a trippy way. They may have done more, but that's all I ever saw. They were in Grimace-like costumes, running around like idiots. It was kinda like Teletubbies, but much more stupid (hard to do, I know). There was little to no talking.
