What will I need to study if I want to be an Entertainment Host on a Cruise...

...Ship? become a? I want to work on a Cruise Ship in like the Entertainment Operations, like a Youth Counselor Entertainment Host or Activities Director. And in the 'skills required' section it says you have to have 2 years in the related field, but what exactly would I need to study?
