What work a backend operations person working in a bank & what is his career path...
...& career growth in future? What is the work profile of operations executive in a private bank like HDFC at the starting of his career. What educational qualifications he requires? I have done BCA and PGDM (Marketing and HR). What skills an operations executive require. Should he have command over MS Word, MS Excel,MS Powerpoint or whole MS Office. What will be his starting salary and at what designation or post he will start his career as operations executive at HDFC Bank or any other private bank. Is there any age bar at the entry level ? What he will become after 2-3 years and after 5 years. Is it a good job.What will be the earning potential there?
