what workouts should i add to my routine?

i use the iron gym i do 3 sets of ten on everything,and i do around 30 minutes of cardio a day 4 days a week. im in highschool and im going for the football team probably safety. I diet pretty good and ive already lost 3 pounds in a week. So what workouts should i add to my week?
