What would be a good price to offer at a dealership for chrysler aspen 2009

@14k miles? They are asking 22995....is this to high or could they stand to go down by 2500.00 and still make a good commission...The carfax shows 1 owner and a minor accident they told me it was off the showroom floor ....The vehicle also has been on the lot since 4/09...How much do you think they are will to negoiate? I know chrysler is not the best car to buy but I like the vehicle and plan to keep it until the engine falls out ...

If i were u I would go to kelly blue book and look at the trade in value and that will tell u what they paid for it more then likely and then i would look at the private party value and see what it would cost if you bought one not from a dealer and see what it is and then offer that to them and then use between what they bought it for (the trade in value) and the private party value. They should be willingg got negotiate becaus it has been on there lot for a long time
