what would be a good workout/diet routine for me?

i'm 5'5"
and i weigh about 135 pounds.

i'm not exactly fat, but my stomach is getting there.
and i can feel my butt getting bigger.

is there a workout routine that would be good for me?
or a diet i should follow?

im ony 15 years old...so i can't go to the gym or anything. but we do have a tredmil :p
