paying? I'm buying an Iphone 3GS off of my friend for $200. It is a Rogers phone, and I am under contract to Bell. My phone doesn't have a SIM card, as it's with Bell's CDMA network. I've been told that if I buy a SIM card from Bell and get my plan and info transferred to it, it would work with an unlocked Iphone. So which jailbreaker is the best/easiest way to unlock an Iphone? Also, if I jailbreak and unlock, can I restore it and keep it unlocked, or does it have to stay jailbroken? Thanks in advance. :)

If you restore it you lose your jailbreak and unlock. It must remain jailbroken to remain unlocked. The two go hand in hand when the device is unlocked.

Try the links below, they will guide you thru to the correct programs needed for your particular firmware/bootloader combination if it is possible:

I am in no way affiliated with these sites and receive nothing in return if you go to them. It is just some sites I have run across and am passing them along. No strings attached

Before you do anything it is recommended that you backup your SHSH Blobs for future requirements:
