What would cause the fans (blowers) to just stop on my BMW 325ti ?

the fans have just stopped, all the electrical read outs etc are all working, but the fans aren't. Whatever setting i change the fans/ac to, no air comes out. Could it be the fuse (which fuse is it? - it states "Fan...37" but what does that mean, what fuse location is 37?)
Model is: 325ti compact sport 2002
 
Look in your handbook for the position of fuses or in the fuse box there will be a numbered list of all the fuses, usually on the lid/door. So fuse ""37 will be for the fan.
