...then quitting? If i smoked atleast 400 smokes since i was like 13 and then stopped at 15 years old forever! what would happen to me?

You'll be okay. As long as you are in relatively good shape and healthy it won't affect that much if not at all.

Nothing probably, but you never know. Depending on your body's defenses and the way you treat it in the coming years with diet you may or may not develop lung cancer or other lung complications.
