What would I have to do to get my car modded like this? (Picture inside)?

I have a 95 Mustang GT Convert, I hae twin exhaust flowmasters in the back already. I would love to get this done. What would I have to do?

How much would you assume this may cost?
 
it's not really that hard. that car just has some sidepipes installed with custom side-skirts that have openings for the exhaust. it looks like the tailipipe is coming out of the bodywork, but it's just the aftermarket side skirt. however, i can definitely see this not working out well in the real world. in all actuality, you'd probably end up burning your paint.
 
buy and paint match the fender flares to ur car.....then have the exhaust cut and modded to exit the new port locations...

** so basically take picture and car to local garage and hand over the money they ask for :)
