What would you do in this situation? My brother and his gf screaming at their baby?

My brother and his gf are on welfare and my brother won't ever get a job either will she basically
They both are depressed and have anger problems they fight constantly and hit each other too
Well when the baby cries they yell at her but my brother screamed in her face SHUT UP YOU FUCKING RETARD on the top of his lungs
she cries all the time
Something else is up too cause she is a year and half and still can't crawl and is weighs the same as my 6 and a half month old...She WAS premature born at 30 weeks so we know her development is slow but I look at her pictures and want to cry sometimes..I just feel so bad ...My sister went there and saw them both screaming at her saying things liek WOULD YOU FUCKING SHUT UP WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU and they fight and hit each other in front of hre then she starts crying and they yell at her
the cops have been there a lot about them fighting eachother already and my brother is not supposed to live there but she cries and chases him down the street after the cops leave crying come back i love you then he has to cause she leaves the baby inside
I don't think anything will happen cause the social workers will go there and they just wont yell so they cant prove anything
 
you need to call child services before something bad happens to that child - she is just an innocent baby and doesnt know how to defend herself.

what your brother and his girlfriend are doing is just plain wrong and sick. that child needs a safe environment to grow and be nurtured as soon as possible. your bro and his gf are not fit to give her that, period.
 
call your local C.P.S. or the police tell them everything you just told us and hopefully another family member (that's a good parent) can get custody until they work themselves out. call its the best thing you can do.
