...stuff but i'm wondering what other ? things are out there that are fast and healthy. I need something that would take less than like 2 minutes cuz i have to rush to my bus sometimes.
The night before, layer some yogurt and granola (3 layers each) in a dish and refrigerate. Just grab it and eat in the morning. You can add some fresh berries on top too, if you want
A yogurt and a banana is nutritious and delicious. Or if you want to eat it on the run, a Yoplait Gogurt can be handy and another fruit you might enjoy. You can fill a baggie with dry cold cereal and there are also Slim Fast cans. You can also get individual milks to drink on the go and juice boxes.
if you need to rush in the morning you can always prepare your breakfasts ahead of time and just warm it up in the morning. i would suggest ready made sandwhcihes like ham and cheese. plus thoswe little cerel boxes you csan eat anywhere. or at least i can, i dont like milk.
Take an english muffin, a slice of ham, and a slice of cheese. Pop it in the microwave to heat and yum! On the days you have more time, throw an egg in a small bowl (that would be shape of english muffin) and beat a little then nuke in micro for like a minute and toss it on the muffin with the ham and cheese. Mmmmm.... Filling and you can eat on the way to the bus.
