What's a good career that involves lots of travelling?

I'm a junior in high school right now, and I'm looking at majors and career options. What would be a good career that would involve travelling? I love medicine, so I was thinking of being a doctor, but I also love travelling. The only thing holding me back from being a doctor is the arduousnes of medical school and the years it would take me to finish. Travelling, on the other hand, would be fun, but I don't know what respectable/lucrative/enjoyable careers are available that include a lot of travelling. I know being in the military and being a flight-attendant would entail lots of travelling, but I'm not interested in those jobs. Foreign relations, international cultures, etc really appeal to me. I just really have no idea what careers are out there.
