I don't care about the phone I just want a good plan. I talk a lot also text and always checking my e-mail. I'ma student and I'm 18. I don't get the whole data coverage can anyone school me?

metro: $40unlimited talk text web and idk what the data coverage is.
virgin mobile: $60 unlimited talk text web 3G coverage
