What's a good secluded Florida beach that is warm in mid-March?

I'm looking into going somewhere in Florida in mid-March with my wife, and I don't want to deal with spring break crowds. I don't necessarily need to be staying in the only hotel on the beach, but I want someplace kind of secluded. Any suggestions? Any hotel suggestions?
 
I recoment Mexico beach. It's west of panama city beach. It beautifull and somewhat secluded.
