Ok, so Im going back to the gym today and I need a plan for strength training.. im not trying to bulk up just lose weight.
I dont know what to do when doing resistance/strength training and workouts.. Im not sure what machines or exercises or anything!
Could someone please make a plan or just suggest the best machines/exercises to do.. Ill be doing strength workouts for about 20-30 mins.
