What's a good way to convert WMA, MP4/MP5, and FLAC files into MP3 files?

I have a few albums that I've downloaded that I'd like to simply change the file extensions of into MP3 format so that I can properly tag them and load them onto my iPod. Without WinAMP Pro, what's another good way to change these file extensions all at once (not just one-by-one)?
