What's a GOOD WORKOUT routine?!?

i'm 14 years old. and i have very obvious stretch marks on my upper-inner thighs. and i need to get smaller legs, butt, and a tighter stomach. so, what's a good routine to work those areas?

ps: im on spring break so i can work out all day, i just need some good excercises.
