Whats an average price of a 2005 Chevy Silverado Quarterpanel?

I'm looking online and I cant seem to fin a damn price of a newer model Chevy QP. The lower models are around 100-200 which suprised me, I thought it would cost alot more. Basicaly my QP was kinked BAD. So i have to get it replaced, I bet the labor will be alot cause Qp replacement is a biotch. Well.. overall i need a new bumper and new QuarterPanel. But i just dont know what I'm going to pay for the part.
