I'm in the 8th grade and need to do a reseach paper for english class. My teacher said that it can basically be about anything except for celebrities and sports figures. she'd also like it to be about american literature and culture, but it doesn't HAVE to be. It will be 4 pages long, I'll have to make a power point on it and give a ten minute speech, and it has to be something i can make a thesis statement on. So if you could give me some fun ideas and a thesis statement to go with it, I'd be thankful.
