whats best for carido, elliptical, treadmill or the bike machine?

Yes you should switch up your excises, genereally speaking the inclined treadmill is the best to use. But if you like the eliptical, you should switch up excercises. Your body actually gets used to the same workout over and over again and it will no longer have the same affects it used to. If you switch it up it forces your body to keep adapting and getting the most out of the workout
