What's easier with three kids, van, suv or sedan?

I personally found when my children were younger that a mini van was easier to get them in and out. there was a lot more room to move around also
 
I'm expecting baby number 3 and can already see it's going to be a tight squeeze with three kids in the back of our 5 seater SUV. What would make life easist with three kids, a 7 seater SUV, a van or a sedan? I've always said I'd never get a van, and I'm not keen on station wagons, but now I'm wondering how I'll manage with our 5 seater (Hyundai Tucson). Any advice?
