I read all those "devine" adds about how it costs less to buy a house with them than to rent but i cant help but know instinctively that there has to be catches. I mean hell, if that were the case no-one would rent anymore.
the thing is, i know i want to buy a house, but i am a single 23 year old who works full time but i dont earn a hell of a lot. My income is something like (just under) 40,000 a year! I cannot honestly believe that a bank would give me a mortgage based on that, but i have always been independant and dont want to have to rely on someone else having to buy a house with me.
