Whats should I use to remove paint from my bike?

I bought a bike but wanted to give it a new paint job. I started sanding it but there were some hard parts where i could not sand. I tried my friends aerosol paint remover but did not work because it has 3 layers of paint(primer, paint and gloss). Is there a difference between airplane paint remover and car paint remover or not? (Cant use epoxy because its very dangerous)

Simple...DON'T do it yourself. Remove every single part from the bike down to the bare frame. Take photos & notes if needed to remember where everything goes & how to re-install it.

Then take the frame to a professional. An auto body shop may do it if they are not too busy. They will sandblast, powder-coat & clear coat it. Home spray jobs look like home spray jobs...BAD.
