Put 2 bananas & some berries (plus ginger if you have it) in a blender and fill it to the halfway mark with the fruit inside. Puree and serve. Makes 3 large glasses. Good with coffee and or green tea.
Fruit salad is good. Orchard fruit tends to have less sugar than tropical, but the more variety you use, the more likely you'll keep eating fresh fruit instead of some processed food. Use the juice from the fruit plus water--no GMO corn syrup crap!
Nuts, seeds, & dried fruit make good morning snack foods.
