I don't have any resistance bands or dumbells. All I do is jog a mile everyday after school.

The first girl that answered has no clue what she is talking about. It makes me cringe when I hear people give advice about weight lifting when they have no clue what they are talking about. Ok, it all depends on what you are wanting to achieve but you will definitely need some form of equipment. I'll assume you are trying to lose weight: you should be doing some form of lifting along with any aerobics you do. The reason fr this is because when all you do is run, it causes you to lose muscle. What people don't know is, muscle increases metabolism. So if you are losing muscle, it will have a reverse effect; your metabolism will decrease, therefore, resulting in weight gains. Also, lifting a can of soup won't do anything. You need something that will personally test your limits and something that you can increase rep's and weight each time you do it. Doing this will cause your muscles to have micro tears in them and will allow them to grow larger.
