I'm asking this question because I'm looking for something as good as windows dvd maker. Note, a dvd maker, not a dvd converter. Windows dvd maker is really good, top notch menu styles and background - That's what I'm looking for. Though I have windows dvd maker, I can't use it to burn some movies that I've downloaded because it bases the dvd capacity on its time not space! Which is really inconvenient! Sigh.. So guys, please state dvd makers that can produce and make high quality like windows dvd maker that doesn't use time as its basis for its capacity. I'll give a high rating for the best answer provided! Thanks!
