What's the best DVD ripping software?

I'm making a video blog that requires me to show clips from shows so I'm looking for a DVD ripping software I can use on Windows 7. I am willing to pay money for it but obviously not a whole lot.

Any suggestions internet?

CDBurnerXP is good. That is what I use on customers computers when they need free CD/DVD Burning and Copy software.
