Hi there!

I've always wanted to by a handheld game console, but I've never been able to try one out (it seems only my friends' kids have them and I feel awkward asking LOL). I'm an adult who likes RPG, Adventure, and Brain Teaser games. Which system do you think is best for me? I'm not rich, and I don't mind buying refurbished units or used games. What system to you prefer? Thanks for reading my question! :-)

Well if your looking for a cheap one that's best suited for your needs it would be the Nintendo Ds, but the psp games are a little price and controls on the psp are sketchy. My mom loves playing the Nintendo DS she plays games like book worm, puzzles, and more!

I had a psp just games were like 30-50 bucks a piece and psp wears and tears to easy, so your best bet would be to go with the DS. It just simply last longer huge selection of games, and its worth it money. I had my psp for two weeks it got all scratched up and the 2nd month of owning it it died an no longer worked, I'm not saying this will happen to you if you get one its just the PSP is a great device it just never last long enough.

Well since you like RPG's, adventure games, go with the DS, it also has a good number of Brain Teasers. While you can do more with the PSP, it doesn't really have any good games other than a couple. The DS may look like a "kid" handheld, but believe me, it isn't.

Games I recommend

Zelda Phantom Hourglass
The World Ends With You
Final Fantasy IV
Chrono Trigger
Dragon Quest IV
Ace Attorney games
Hotel Dusk
Cooking Mama
Brain Age
Big Brain Academy
