the bottom line is... with fitness/bodybuilding.. all u need is alot of protein, alot of complex carbs.. u get this through a good diet.... and then taking some regular pure whey protein with that..
u also need some vitamins.. like vitamin C, vitamin D, and maybe a multvitamin... thats all it boils down to..
i do not have a big problem with wheybolic extreame.. but in my opinion... u do not absorb more then 30 grams of protein at once... at one sitting that is.. i could be wrong.. but thats what i think..
and casein protein is more for the bodybuildors who are in competition.. calorie reduced diets... they take this before bed.. to preserve all there musscle...
