Whats the best suspension for a 04 honda accord?

I'm looking into buying suspension for my car, I'm trying to buy the Tein basis suspension (3.3 max drop all around) and I want my car to be very low, what are good brands I can look into, that won't have and bouncing or rough riding? Thanks
 
lowering your car 3 inches your going to have a rough ride no matter what, might look cool but most people who do it regret it shortly after, it will cause rapid premature tire wear/ cupping as lowered suspension doesant have near as much load capacity as your oem suspension, Honda is a great car manufacturer and goes to great lenghts the engineer your supension, aftermarket companies dont tell you all the things it negatively impacts when you do this to your car, however if you want to lower it go an inch and half tops, 3.3 is the max and you will have problems guaranteed, when it comes to brands they are all mostly similar in "quality" as long has you avoid the cheap ebay stuff, go to performance websites and retailers, AVOID EBAY!!
